How will you make an impact?- Lead, stabilise, and accelerate a live transformation programme, ensuring people plans align with delivery milestones and commercial priorities.
- Review, diagnose, and simplify core HR processes (ER, talent, OD, engagement) to remove friction, improve efficiency, and strengthen the colleague experience.
- Coach and challenge leaders, embedding pragmatic, pace‑driven people practices that stick in the operation.
- Own people data and insights, using metrics to focus effort, unblock issues, tell a clear story, and drive accountability.
- Deliver quick wins whilst establishing sustainable policies, communications, and governance frameworks.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar high‑volume, fast‑paced environments - you’re used to handling multiple priorities at speed.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery: you can set the direction and personally make things happen.
- Strong independent initiative - comfortable working autonomously, making sound judgements, and moving quickly.
- Solid ER and employment law knowledge, combined with practical problem‑solving skills.
- A commercial and data‑led mindset, able to justify decisions and influence stakeholders with confidence.
