ResponsibilitiesIn this role you’ll be a critical member of the operational management team, ensuring that the warehouse is running safely and efficiently and working closely with other key departments within the depot such as the distribution team, to contribute to the overall success of the operation. With full shift responsibility including goods in, stock management and order picking, you will engage, motivate, and manage your team to ensure productivity targets areയിലെ achieved and high level of customer service is delivered.
QualificationsTo join us as a Warehouseтернет Shift Manager you will have previous supervisory experience in a high‑volume warehouse operation. You’ll have good commercial awareness and strong analytical skills which you’ll use to make sound decisions. With a strong focus on results, you will have the skills to get the best out of a team and enable their development.
