Warehouse Shift Manager – Warrington

As the UK's largest food service supplier, we are growing and looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our Warrington depot. The role is a key member of the operational management team, ensuring the warehouse runs safely and efficiently.

• Full shift responsibility including goods in, stock management and order picking.

• Engage, motivate and manage a team to achieve productivity targets and deliver high levels of customer service.

• Work closely with other key departments such as the distribution team to contribute to the overall success of the operation.

Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse operation.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills to make sound decisions.
Results-oriented, with the skills to develop and enable the team.
Pro-active problem solver, resilient, with determination to overcome challenges.
