Submissions Manager

This is a role where accuracy, technical knowledge and leadership directly shape the success of large-scale social housing retrofit programmes. As a Submissions Manager, you'll sit at the heart of delivery, making sure complex projects are signed off correctly, funding requirements are met, and homes are handed over compliantly and on time. Your work will have a real impact on decarbonisation outcomes and the quality of homes delivered across the sector.

What you'll be getting stuck into as a Submissions Manager:

• Leading and managing the submissions team to deliver accurate, compliant handover packs
• Overseeing end-to-end preparation and submission of SHDF and Warmer Homes documentation
• Applying PAS 2030 / 2035 requirements to ensure technical and funding compliance
• Coordinating with project, site and technical teams to gather and validate evidence
• Monitoring submission pipelines, KPIs and reporting progress to senior leadership
• Supporting audits, quality checks and continuous improvement across processes

What you'll bring to the table as a Submissions Manager:

• Qualified Retrofit Coordinator status with strong PAS 2030 / 2035 knowledge
• Previous experience in submissions, compliance or technical documentation management
• Strong understanding of domestic M&E systems and renewable technologies
• Experience with in social housing, retrofit or energy efficiency programmes
• Confidence using document management systems and Microsoft Office tools
