As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Supply Chain and Logistics Director to lead and develop our Demand to Delivery function across the UK and Ireland.

As Supply Chain and Logistics Director
, you’ll be a member of our Senior Leadership Team, and will have full strategic and operational responsibility for the whole Demand to Delivery cycle including demand planning, order management and fulfilment. You’ll have full accountability for working with and supporting our customers, and our Commercial and Product teams, to ensure excellent working relationships, effective and efficient processes, and ultimately a Demand to Delivery function that ensures we realise our business ambitions.

With extensive experience of leading, supporting and developing functions within Supply Chain and Logistics, you’ll have an understanding of fast‑moving supply chains and how to effectively manage them. You’ll be a subject matter expert across planning, delivery and fulfilment and will have gained your experience within a dynamic and fast‑moving environment (Retail, Consumer Electronics, Domestic Appliances, FMCG). With demonstrable experience of implementing effective business transformation and optimising systems, you’ll also have experience of working in a multi‑national environment and will have an understanding of multicultural working.

You’ll be based at our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG
) with hybrid working available (3 days office / 2 days home).
