This role is perfect for someone from a hands-on automotive or mechanical background who wants to move away from the tools and into a rewarding training role, using transferable skills to support others into employment.

Based on-site at Highpoint you will be mentoring, youll work with small groups of adult learners, helping them develop practical skills in motor mechanics, confidence, and positive behaviours that support long-term employability and rehabilitation. What Youll Be Doing Delivering engaging vocational training in a secure environment Teaching basic motor mechanics and vehicle servicing Supporting learners with skills development, behaviour, and future goals Creating and following structured training plans Using varied teaching methods to suit different learning styles Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism

What Were Looking For A minimum of Level 2 vocational qualification Motor Mechanic expereince Motor Vehicle skills Strong hands-on experience in mechanical / automotive or related trades Experience delivering practical or vocational training (formal or informal) Ability to motivate, mentor, and engage learners Teaching or assessing qualification desirable full support provided if you dont have one yet Why Apply?
