We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading healthcare organisation at a pivotal point in its digital transformation journey. This role offers the chance to influence complex, high‑impact projects that directly enhance patient experience, streamline clinical operations, and modernise internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end requirements gathering across senior stakeholders, clinical teams, and technical functions.
  • Analyse and map current‑state processes, identifying gaps and shaping robust, future‑state solutions.
  • Work closely with development, product, and architecture teams to design and deliver scalable system enhancements.
  • Oversee integrations across healthcare platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory and interoperability standards.
  • Produce high‑quality documentation, including functional specs, process flows, and technical artefacts.
  • Support and guide UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience working within Agile and SDLC environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interoperability.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical systems, or working within regulated environments (NHS, HL7, GDPR) is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient with industry tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Confident shaping and presenting complex requirements to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
