A leading global facilities management provider is seeking a Helpdesk Manager in Warrington to oversee the performance of a team of Helpdesk Advisors. The role requires proven management experience and excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations. Knowledge of health and safety legislation is also essential. This full-time position offers regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and is site-based.
