As a Product Consultant, you’ll act as the technical lead on customer‑facing projects, delivering a comprehensive range of services including pre‑sales consultancy, solution implementations, and product support to enterprise clients across multiple sectors. You’ll manage multiple objectives, from demonstrations and Proof of Concepts through to full solution deployment, training, and customer handover. The role offers a comprehensive learning and development programme and direct input into product strategy.

• Deliver pre‑sales activities, including demonstrations, PoCs, and proposals
• Lead technical delivery from assessment through to implementation and support
• Provide Microsoft ELP and SAM Maturity Assessment services
• Manage multiple client assignments simultaneously
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and product innovation
• Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or Technical Engineer roles of enterprise software
• Show enterprise‑level SaaS experience working with complex IT infrastructures
• Exhibit exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Prove experience delivering product demonstrations and Po Cs
• Understand AI tools and techniques
• Know virtualisation, IT security principles, Active Directory, and SQL
