• Conduct SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform keyword research to target relevant search terms.
• Optimize website content and metadata for on‑page SEO.
• Recommend structural and technical improvements for better rankings.
• Collaborate with content writers to align copy with SEO best practices.
• Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Explore and test methods to improve visibility in generative engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini).
• Provide insights and recommendations for SEO strategy improvements.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and tools.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Interest in generative AI engines and search discovery optimization.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to manage own workflow.
• Collaborative mindset, eager to support global startup and talent growth.

• 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• 60 volunteer days over at least 3 months
• Part‑time, fully remote

• Optimization techniques for both traditional search engines and emerging generative engines.
• Portfolio of SEO strategies and tangible results.
• Collaboration with a global, cross‑functional marketing team.
