This is a full-time, 360” Recruitment Consultant role located in the Warrington office. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to matching them with suitable roles. Responsibilities also include sales, winning new business, customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, providing consulting services, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for both candidates and clients.

The role involves collaborating with different stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals and contribute to the company’s growth in new and existing sectors.

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong Consulting and Interviewing skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships
• Experience in the recruitment industry is preferred
• Capability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable but not essential
• Entrepenurial flair and a keem interesr in sales is essential
