Overview
As an HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive, accurate, and efficient administrative support to the HR function and wider business. Working in line with Company policies and standard operating procedures, you will act as a key point of contact for HR administrative queries, ensuring every colleague receives a professional, helpful, and positive experience.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across HR systems (iTrent, Kallidus, Document Manager) and ensure all documentation is compliant and processed within deadlines.
- Prepare and issue high-quality HR correspondence, including references, employment letters, and candidate onboarding paperwork.
- Support key compliance processes such as DBS/PVG checks and Right to Work, ensuring accurate data entry and reliable reporting.
- Manage HR inboxes, respond to queries professionally, and provide general administrative support to the HR Team Leader and wider team.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, maintain SOPs, and oversee departmental stationery and supplies.
