  • Maintain and update recruitment and project trackers to support accurate reporting and informed decision‑making.
  • Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of contract terms, financial calculations, and receipt management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks related to resourcing and contractor management, supporting audit readiness.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee files, contracts, and compliance documentation to maintain accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Provide administrative system support, including user account management, password resets, communication updates, and coordination of training sessions.
  • Support the wider Talent Acquisition and People team with additional and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition function, ideally within the nuclear sector or another highly regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage complex recruitment challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent practical experience.
  • Competitive salary of £32,700 per annum
  • Hybrid working arrangement (1 day per week in Warrington office)
  • Opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant programme within the energy sector
  • Collaborative and inclusive working environment within a high‑impact public sector organisation
