As we enter AMP8, our next major phase of growth and innovation, we’re looking for a seasoned HR Projects Specialist to lead the charge on complex, high-impact HR change programmes. This is not a generalist role. It’s for someone who thrives in the HR project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the HR work streams of business change projects from initiation to closure.
  • Manage TUPE transfers, restructures, changes to working practices, and new ways of working.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams (Reward, L&D, HRBPs) to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Run consultation activities and build strong relationships with trade unions and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on complex HR matters.
What We’re Looking For
  • In-depth experience managing HR projects (TUPE, restructures, reward, T&Cs).
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience working in unionised environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CIPD qualified Level 5
Where You’ll Work

This role is based at our Warrington head office (Lingley Mere), with hybrid working options. In person collaboration is key, and occasional travel to other North West sites may be required depending on project needs.
