HR Business Partner

(22.5 hours per week; Fixed Term for 12 Months)

In a newly created role as HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in making our new strategy and plan a reality. You’ll partner with managers to develop our culture, drive performance and shape employee experience.

• Own employee relations cases and provide proactive, practical guidance and support
• Coach managers on best practice for managing staff and volunteers
• Work proactively alongside our operational teams, particularly in retail, identifying and delivering solutions to develop our culture and drive performance

• Solid operational HR partnering experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to travel across Warrington and a valid UK driving licence
