This role suits experienced recruiters, contract billers, or UK-based software / technology sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment.

Youll join a high-performing technology recruitment team operating across international markets, particularly the Nordics
, where a consultative, relationship-led approach is valued.

The business has undergone a highly successful shift to a contract-led recruitment model
, now accounting for around 75% of revenue
, with record-breaking performance over the last 18 months. Growth is organic, measured, and built around hiring the right people — resulting in exceptionally low attrition.

• Consultative, value-led sales approach
• Long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Face-to-face international client meetings

• 7.5% – 35% commission with NO threshold
