Responsibilities

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as F&B, reception, meeting & events, housekeeping etc., ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
• Fully flexible with working hours/shifts.
• Possess a can-do attitude.
• Good understanding of the English language.
