We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care Team at HMP Thorn Cross. HMP Thorn Cross is a Category D open prison in Appleton Thorn, Warrington, housing around 430 males.

The Primary Care Nurse will be based within the healthcare department and have experience in long term conditions. This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care.

• 37.5 hours per week over 4 days
• Weekdays 7.30am - 5.30pm
• Weekends 07.15 - 12.00
• 8 week in advance

This position is full time. You’ll receive an annual salary of between £34,428 - £41,659 per annum depending on experience.
