Position: Dual Registered Children's Home Manager

Location: Warrington

Salary: 55k with a base of £60k on opening 2nd home

Higher Earning: 75k including bonuses for Ofsted and Retention

Role: Permanent

Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for an Experienced Dual Registered Children's Home Manager in the Warrington area on a permanent basis. The position the Experienced Dual Registered Children s Home Manager will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centred care to all residents.

The Dual Registered Children's Home Manager will be responsible for:

• Provide strong leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence.
• Ensure the care home operates in full compliance with OFSTED standards and other relevant legislation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
• Oversea safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and risk management within the home.
• You will be immediately overseeing 1 home with the 2nd home having its planning and registration ready asap

• The Dual Registered Children's Home Manager will need:
• Proven experience in working as a Registered Children's Manager in a care home or similar care setting.
• In-depth knowledge of OFSTED regulations, safeguarding protocols, and best practice in elderly or specialist care
• Experience in working with children with EBD and complex needs
• Held an OFSTED registration within the last 2 years in a children's home
• Level 5 or willing to work towards
• Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
• Values therapeutic, trauma - informed care
