Bridgewater Community NHS Foundation Trust have an exciting opportunity for acaring and ambitious SCPHN school nurse to join our school nursing team and bean integral part of our 3 well established integrated teams within our Warrington 0-19 service. We pride ourselves on our excellent hands‑on communitynursing care, where we offer well balanced varied caseloads, variety within your role and all with the dedicated onsite support from Team Leaders and Senior Management Team.

Main duties of the job- Be a qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nursing).
- Provide supportive leadership within the 0-19 team
- Bean autonomous practitioner who can support the needs of the team and service.
- Takepart in service development, promote innovation and demonstrate skills inpublic health.
- Havea flexible and conscientious approach to tasks.
- Beable to communicate effectively with partner agencies, promoting the work and reputation of the service, working for the best interests of the child, and adopting a think family approach.
- Asa key professional in the protection and support of children and young people, you will be required to work collaboratively with other agencies to meet their needs.
Flexible working will be considered for all roles.

Reception/Year 1 (age 45) school entry assessment (transition from 05 HCP school entry questionnaire;
Providing Year 6/7 (age 1012) assessment at transition from primary to secondary school.
