Family Recovery Worker Position Available in Warrington – £23 Per Hour Umbrella/LTD – 3-Month Contract

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Recovery Worker to join our team in Warrington for a 3-month placement. This full-time role runs from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, offering a competitive rate of £23 per hour through Umbrella or LTD. What you will do:
  • Confidently manage a caseload of service users, providing crucial support from their initial entry into the service through to their treatment and recovery journey.
  • Conduct screenings and assessments, develop recovery plans, and facilitate psychosocial interventions.
  • Engage with local communities to reduce drug and alcohol-related harms and promote involvement among carers and service users.
  • Advocate for service users seeking access to partnership services and promote their social reintegration into community life.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure a comprehensive approach to recovery support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support the continuity of care.
  • Implement risk assessments and management strategies to safeguard the wellbeing of service users.
