Description

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Support budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting tasks.
Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

A relevant qualification or working towards one in accounting or finance.
Experience in management accounting within the property industry or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
