Job DescriptionWarrington, United Kingdom. Glanua Ltd is a progressive organisation in the water and wastewater industry. Due to continued success in the Business, the company is expanding with several dynamic and exciting roles. They seek an Information Manager to work on large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
The Information Manager's primary focus is information management, which ensures the successful delivery of our client requirements throughout all project phases. The role will be based in our Warrington Office. The ideal candidate will manage all project information, ensuring accuracy, quality, and data integrity while enhancing digital project delivery processes for efficient projects. This role ensures seamless collaboration and communication between Glanua and all other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work within the Glanua digital delivery team to consistently achieve quality deliverables across our project portfolio. They must monitor the quality of information shared on the project CDE, the exchange of information between the Glanua and Client CD, and ensuring all deliverables comply with our BEP. They must ensure all project stakeholders align with Glanua's digital delivery strategy.
They will report on non-conformance and offer corrective guidance to the project team.
- BIM Execution Plan (BEP) Development:
Create, maintain, and enforce the BEP, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 and client requirements. - Information Delivery Planning:
Define Level of Information Need (LOIN), stage completion, and information management. - CDE Governance:
Oversee how information flows through GA CDE and Client System – ensure all workflows are efficient and compliant with client requirements and industry best practice. - Standards and Training:
Implement BIM standards, manage audits, and ensure training of project teams in digital delivery processes. - Information Handover:
Oversee structured data delivery to the client (e.g., asset data, or equivalent) using data to report to Senior Project leads. - Project Completion:
Ensure project completion in line with the cost forecast for digital delivery, and record all lessons learned.
- Degree in Information Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Certification in BIM / ISO 19650 Information Management (e.g., BRE, BSI, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in BIM or information management roles within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with data governance and digital transformation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 series and UK BIM Level 2 standards.
