Civil Engineering, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a central role in supporting one of our major decommissioning programmes, directly contributing to safe, sustainable energy and national protection. This exciting opportunity allows you to influence high-value contracts, support change initiatives, and apply your commercial expertise where it truly matters.
Responsibilities- Deliver contract management activities, ensuring compliance, commercial integrity and robust governance.
- Lead the assessment of contract change, including scoping, cost evaluation and schedule impact.
- Negotiate and price contract changes to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and implement practical commercial solutions that support project delivery.
- Support project teams with forecasting, costing and structured change methodologies.
You will work 37 hours per week, based in Warrington, Cheshire. Hybrid working patterns are available, with 2‑3 days in the office.
Qualifications & Experience- Experience working in a Quantity Surveying role within a regulated industry.
- Knowledge of standard forms of contract such as NEC
3. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret complex contract requirements.
- Experience supporting projects and change initiatives using appropriate methodologies.
- Forecasting and cost‑management experience.
- Degree or equivalent experience within a relevant field.
- Ability to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
