Our Team as a Process Engineer

Exciting opportunity to work on the SMR Project – be a part of designing complex thermal and fluid systems for the innovative SMR project and contribute to a commercially groundbreaking new build.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze & calculate cooling water island systems with cutting‑edge analysis and calculation methods.
  • Perform static and transient flow and thermal analyses using advanced software tools.
  • Assist in designing and integrating various systems.
  • Produce, review, and update system documentation.
  • Define control strategies for system performance.
  • Determine appropriate sizes for system components.
  • Conduct thermal‑hydraulic calculations and modelling.
  • Formulate detailed equipment specifications.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics.
  • Proven experience producing design documentation and test specifications.
  • Proficiency with PIPESIM, Flomaster, or other 1D CFD software.
  • Due to the nature of the work, applicants must meet UK security clearance criteria.
