• Drive end‑to‑end product development – from first sketch to full‑scale manufacture
• Develop concepts, system architecture, and detailed designs that raise the bar
• Create top‑quality CAD models & drawings (Solid Works)
• Lead prototyping, testing, V&V, and design refinement
• Ensure designs are manufacturing‑ready using DFM/DFA principles
• Work within a regulated (ISO 13485) environment
• Present ideas and progress clearly to senior stakeholders
• Work with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to bring products to life

• 5+ years in product development or mechanical design
• Experience with medical devices, regulated tech, or advanced consumer hardware
• Strong project leadership and multi‑discipline collaboration skills
• Solid Works expertise (essential)
• Great communicator – clear, confident, and persuasive
• Strong understanding of plastics, sheet metal & electro‑mechanical assemblies
• Organised, proactive, and obsessed with delivering quality
