Job Description

Senior Cost Managers required for Enterprise PMO team support across a portfolio of Water, Utilies work in Cheshire, based out of Warrington 3x per week.

Typically 5+ years experience, degree or relevant professional and tehcnical qualifications (e.g. APM) with considerable experience in Project controls/programme delivery on large complex projects and programmes.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships at all levels within the organisation and across all major functions to achieve divisional / company objectives.

Excellent technical skills and knowledge of Project Controls and budget management systems (SAP, cost management systems, and others).

Very strong understanding of cost management techniques including CBS creation and its alignment with WBS and OBS, impact of trends and change control, forecasting techniques and quantitative risk analysis.

Good people management skills and an ability to build and develop high performing teams.

Ability to constructively challenge stakeholders regarding task owned activties to ensure data integrity.
