Position: Property Surveyor (Social Housing)

What you'll do You'll deliver a range of professional property surveys to inform asset management decisions, such as: stock condition, asbestos re-inspections, HHSRS surveys and energy performance assessments. Your expertise will help validate future investment needs and ensure compliance with housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS.

What you need Strong knowledge of construction legislation and health & safety standards. A relevant qualification in construction e.g. Level 4 or equivalent Proven experience conducting building surveys and analysing property conditions.
