Process Engineers

PWHytek LTD are looking for Process Engineers at all seniorities from Engineer level up to Lead on a 12-month contract inside IR35 (+ Extensions) or on a permanent basis.

The client is offering a hybrid working pattern from their offices based in Warrington, Preston or Hull.

• Have experience producing and reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Datasheets

• Be able to perform process calculations (pressure relief, line sizing, pump sizing, etc.)

• Have experience within the Nuclear, Oil & Gas, or Chemical sectors (Nuclear experience is advantageous but not essential)

• Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and/or leading a small team of process engineers

• Be eligible to obtain security clearance

• Developing and finalising process design deliverables in accordance with project requirements and standards

• Supporting hazard and operability studies (HAZOPs) and other safety reviews

• Reviewing and checking vendor data, design documents, and process inputs

• Providing technical support to multidisciplinary engineering teams and during site activities

• Assisting with process optimisation, troubleshooting, and design improvement studies

• Potential site visits and data collection from client facilities as required
