About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will support learning in the classroom, help students reach their full potential and contribute to a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers during lessons across a range of subjects

• Working with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning

• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation

• Supporting students with additional learning needs

• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We Are Looking For:

• A recent graduate (any subject) Education-related degrees are advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for working with young people

• A proactive, positive and flexible attitude

• An interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education
