A supportive specialist school in Warrington is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, communication difficulties, and sensory needs. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a key member of this schools support team and contribute towards removing barriers to learning for children with SEN.

The Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

You will work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to support pupils through 1:1 assistance, small-group interventions, and classroom support. This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve helping pupils access learning, supporting communication development, and assisting with emotional regulation strategies.

You will gain valuable experience working alongside experienced SEN professionals while developing the practical skills required for careers in education or psychology.
