We are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants for our partner secondary schools across Warrington-including Great Sankey, Lymm, Birchwood, Culcheth, and Stockton Heath.

We provide a range of high-priority roles that offer the perfect balance: the opportunity to support student achievement in KS3 and KS4, while maintaining the flexibility to choose exactly when you work.

• Provide academic support to students across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
• Lead small group interventions to help pupils prepare for GCSE assessments.
• Work one-to-one with individual students to improve subject understanding.
• Assist the class teacher in maintaining a productive and focused environment.
• Simplify complex lesson objectives to ensure all students can progress.
• Prepare and organise learning materials tailored to the secondary level.
• Monitor student performance and deliver progress reports to the department.
• Ensure student safety and follow school safeguarding protocols at all times.
• Supervise students during lesson changes and structured break periods.

• Previous work experience with children or young people is preferred.
• A calm, professional manner and the ability to adapt to different subjects.
• An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one and the right to work in the UK.
