Flexible Hours | Immediate Starts | £25–£28 per hour
Integra Education is recruiting Tutors to support children and young people in Warrington who are disengaged from mainstream education. This includes pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, Looked After Children, and young people who may be struggling emotionally, behaviourally or academically.
With over 15 years’ experience working alongside schools and local authorities across the UK, we provide tailored, supportive education programmes designed to help pupils re-engage, build confidence and make progress.
The Tutor Role
* Deliver 1:1 or small-group tuition to pupils with individual learning and emotional needs
* Support Looked After Children and pupils facing barriers to education
* Teach English and Maths (additional subjects welcomed)
* Work across a range of settings including schools, community venues and pupils’ homes
* Plan and deliver structured, engaging sessions aligned with the UK National Curriculum
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet each pupil’s academic, emotional and behavioural needs
* Build positive, consistent relationships to support re-engagement and progress
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teachers or experienced non-qualified Tutors / Learning Support staff
* Experience working with SEN, SEMH, Looked After Children, or vulnerable young people
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
* Confident supporting English and Maths
* Calm, patient and flexible approach
* Ability to work independently and manage your own sessions
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Access to your own transport
Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential. We value experience, empathy and commitment just as much as formal qualifications.
