Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Warrington
Start Date: Flexible / Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time, part-time and supply opportunities available
We are working in partnership with a number of primary schools across Warrington who are seeking committed Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting learning and helping pupils to reach their full potential.
The schools we support are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are confident supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, while also providing general classroom support.
The role may include:- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on placement).
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
- Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed.
- Assisting pupils with SEND, EAL or additional learning needs.
- Helping to create a calm, inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Supporting with behaviour, routines and transitions throughout the day.
- Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
- Holds (or is willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Is patient, caring and adaptable.
- Is confident supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Flexible work to suit your availability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
