Marketing Trustee Volunteer

We are a small but passionate team making a big impact on the ground. We’re looking for a skilled Marketing Trustee to help us increase our reach, improve campaign performance, grow our CSR partners and inspire more people to support our mission.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution.
• B2B marketing track record in donor (sales) funnel growth.
• Strong SEO skills and familiarity with relevant tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for wildlife conservation.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp).
• Charity or non-profit sector experience.

As our Marketing Trustee, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy. You’ll help us reach new audiences, improve visibility, and ensure our campaigns are data-driven and effective.

• Leading the SEO strategy to improve our online presence.
• Conducting A/B testing and analysing campaign performance.
• Using insights to suggest improvements and optimise future campaigns.
• Advising on digital marketing opportunities (e.g. social media, email, PPC).
• Driving CSR partner lead generation to grow our corporate partners successfully.
• Collaborating with trustees and volunteers to support outreach and fundraising.
