Are you an Interior Designer or similar from a Commercial background ? On offer is a technical role offering the chance to autonomously head up specialist projects for a broad range of clients within a well-established company providing the chance to play a key role in the ongoing success of the business and progression to senior roles.

This company are a design consultancy who have been established for 20 years and work with a broad range of commercial clients across numerous sectors including hospitality, airports and hotels. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking for a new designer to lead bespoke projects.

In this technical role you will be the go-to specialist heading up a range of interior design projects, within the first 6 months focusing on a project based at Birmingham Airport. You will work primarily in office to create 3D designs and update existing plans using AutoCAD and Sketchup, with regular site visitation to liaise with contractors, clients and site teams.

This autonomous role would suit an Interior Designer with Commercial / 3D project experience looking to be a key part in a tight-knit business in a role offering the chance to continually upskill yourself.

The Role:

• Take technical lead on projects from inception through to completion
• Create 3D designs on AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Attend site meetings, liaise with contractors, site teams and clients
• Work primarily on a project in Birmingham Airport - first 6 months
