Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented and driven Mid–Senior Interior Designer with a genuine enthusiasm for design and an exceptional eye for detail to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of inspiring projects, predominantly within the commercial hospitality sector.

You will play a key role in delivering beautifully considered interior design projects, managing the process from early concept through to on‑site delivery. The role offers real responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our studio’s work.

• Taking ownership of projects from concept design to completion
• Attending site, overseeing progress, and resolving issues
• Producing high‑quality technical drawings and detailed joinery packages
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing programmes and budgets
• Liaising confidently with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Contributing creatively across all stages of the design process, including assisting with procurement and project delivery

• Mid–Senior level experience, 5+ years in commercial hospitality
• Fluency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Indesign
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently
• Assertive, proactive, and confident in decision‑making with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication, organisation, presentation, and client liaison skills
• Enthusiastic about design, trends, and materials
• Comfortable managing programmes, budgets, and procurement

• Flexible hours around core studio time (10:00–16:00)
