- 8:30am to 5pm Your Time at Work As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with care. You will manage customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, while working closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems (Creatio CRM) - Liaising with internal teams to follow up on customer requests.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes.
