Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • Support onboarding, training and ongoing product adoption.
  • Run check‑ins and reviews to understand goals, progress and next steps.
  • Spot risks early and take action to keep customers happy and successful.
  • Work closely with Support, Product and Sales to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • A customer‑obsessed mindset – you care about doing the right thing for customers.
  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, client services, account management or another customer‑facing role.
  • Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
  • Technically minded, comfortable learning systems and using data/insight to guide conversations.
