We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Domestic Sales team, in our Birchwood HQ.

This is a temporary position until the end of April 2026.

Location:

Warrington, Birchwood Park - Free onsite parking.

Contract:

Temporary

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (Office based) 2 in 4 Saturdays, 9am – 12:30pm

As a Customer Service Advisor
, you will be the first point of contact for our domestic customers looking to place fuel orders.

You’ll deliver exceptional service and handle complex queries.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Handling inbound calls from domestic customers who want to place orders for fuel.
  • Asking security questions to validate customer identity.
  • Supporting vulnerable customers
    , ensuring their needs are met with care.
  • Addressing customer queries, such as late deliveries
    , and offering solutions to resolve issues.
  • Ensuring customer details and orders are accurately recorded.
  • Promoting additional products and services where relevant to meet customer needs.
