About the Role This position sits within a well-established main contractor operating across a wide range of project types including commercial buildings, education facilities, healthcare environments, heritage schemes, leisure facilities, community buildings, residential developments, refurbishment works, fit-outs, and new-build construction.

The business delivers projects up to £40m. The successful candidate will join a strong pre-construction team based in Hertfordshire, working closely with 7 experienced Estimators in a collaborative and supportive environment.
