The Person

We are looking for a Building Services Manager who has been working for a top 100 main contractor with experience of commercial or retail fit out projects. You will have experience of taking projects from pre–construction (RIBA stage
3) through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the MEP aspects of projects.

A recognisable building services qualification is required.

Experience of working on fit out and interiors projects in the GBP1m–GBP
10m range is desirable.

Ideally we are looking for someone with an electrical bias.

A competitive daily rate is on offer and these will be long term contracts. A flexible working arrangement is also available.
