A respected North West main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a timber-frame construction project in Warrington. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on delivering projects on time and to specification. You will be responsible for managing site operations, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

A competitive salary of £55,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance is offered, along with excellent benefits.
