We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Support Assistant to join a friendly early years team in Warrington.

About the Role

As a Nursery Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with qualified practitioners to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5. You’ll support play-based learning, help plan engaging activities, and ensure every child feels valued and included.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the day-to-day running of the nursery and assist in activity planning.

* Encourage children’s development through play and learning experiences.

* Ensure a warm, welcoming and safe environment at all times.

* Work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with parents.

* Help maintain cleanliness and organisation within the setting.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

* Passionate about early years education and child development.

* Friendly, patient and supportive in your approach.

* Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.

* Ideally hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or working towards it).

* Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check.
