Where will you be working?

BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions. For this particular role, we’re seeking an enthusiastic individual who is eager to begin and grow their career in procurement.

What

will you be doing?
  • Raise purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring they follow the Preferred Supplier List and agreed service levels.
  • Work with stakeholders to encourage PSL use and share feedback with PSL owners.
  • Prepare, issue, receive, and evaluate quotations to deliver best value, translating requirements into proposals with approved templates.
  • Receipt goods in the ERP system, respond to queries promptly, and manage supplier questionnaires from start to finish.
  • Monitor orders, lead smaller negotiations, support larger ones, and spot opportunities to save costs and strengthen supplier relationships.
