Roast House is our newest wholesale coffee business supplying high‑quality coffee to hospitality venues and offices across the North West. Built on the expertise from years of growing The Coffee House brand, we focus on quality, consistency, and exceptional customer relationships.

We partner with:

• Independent cafés and restaurants
• Hospitality groups
• Offices and corporate spaces
• Venues looking to elevate their coffee offering

As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across the North West. You will:

• Identify and win new wholesale accounts.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans.
• Represent the Roast House brand with energy and professionalism.
• Work closely with our leadership team to shape the future of the business.

This is a full‑time role based at our Warrington HQ, with regular travel across the North West.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Is confident, proactive and target‑driven.
• Understands the hospitality or food & beverage sector (preferred but not essential).
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, growing business.
• Is excited by the opportunity to help scale a new brand.
