Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

We are recruiting a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to play a leading role within the Defence business area, delivering both strategic and operational value across a portfolio of major projects. This is an opportunity to work at a senior level, shaping procurement and supply chain strategies that impact critical national programmes.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, you will be responsible for creating value through strategic supplier relationships and ensuring effective operational delivery throughout the project life cycle. The role requires building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, leading teams, and ensuring the highest standards of commercial governance and performance across complex programmes.

• Leading procurement and supply chain support to a portfolio of projects.
• Managing and developing a team of procurement professionals across the portfolio.
• Building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and clients to support business growth.
• Driving the development and execution of supply chain strategies and supplier performance management.
