To provide advice, guidance, and support to the Project Delivery Team to ensure that any potential customer and third-party issues are identified and resolved.
You will be the focal point for advising the Delivery Manager and project team on the coordination of customer and third-party operations (e.g. network rail and power supply).
You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to assist in the delivery of a variety of small and lower complexity projects
What you will be doing- Keeping day to day project and programme activity running like clockwork
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing packs
- Managing project communication systems and data sources
- Pulling together information from multiple teams to create clear, accurate reports
- Supporting the development and maintenance of project documentation
- Staying connected with team members to track progress and keep momentum
- Pitching in with ad hoc tasks that help the team deliver successfully
