Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Administration Assistant to join our ambitious and growing environmental consultancy in Warrington.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated to build a long-term career within a dynamic and evolving business. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the company, working closely with colleagues across multiple teams.
As a Business Administration Assistant, you will act as a professional ambassador for the company, representing us courteously and confidently with both customers and colleagues. You will also promote and champion safe working practices, demonstrating safe behaviours in all aspects of your role.
We are seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is comfortable working on their own initiative, while also responding to direction from the Business Administrator and Directors.
Key Responsibilities- Raising weekly sales invoices
- Processing and inputting supplier invoices
- Raising purchase orders and coordinating equipment purchases
- Booking and organising staff training
- Supporting the management of company fleet vehicles
- Responding to ad-hoc enquiries and administrative queries
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proactive and able to work independently using initiative
- Flexible and responsive to changing business needs
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work at pace
