United Infrastructure is looking for a Trainee Personal Assistant to work alongside our Executive Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in executive support, gaining hands‑on experience and developing the skills needed to provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities- Handle confidential and sensitive information securely and appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating correspondence.
- Support travel and accommodation bookings.
- Prepare meeting rooms.
- Assist with the MD’s expenses, ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Liaise with Finance to process invoices and payments on time.
- Draft and format documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Assist in screening enquiries, requests and emails, escalating when appropriate.
- Provide reception cover when required.
- Liaise with colleagues, clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Place orders.
- Keen to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks.
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – training will be provided where needed.
